The Ruins.

I am truly fascinated by the history and what people used to do on a day to day basis.

I'm fascinated by the way they used to talk with another, walk with another, share with another.

The sight of a ruin makes me wonder what it must've been like when it was newly built

before it decayed, crumbled and rotted.

and I immediately find myself standing in that era, in a sea of people watching them go by

as if their lives are eternal, as if they will never die..

Only to slip back in my present body, wondering if they ever saw it coming.
