Too many times do we catch ourselves slipping, working against ourselves. Whether it's slacking on projects we need to complete, over-eating, over-drinking, over-spending, under-saving, or procrastinating on the things we know we need to get done. I get it, with everything going on in our lives, sometimes we really don't FEEL like doing anything! But often times we find ourselves creating this excuse at every instance. This is when you have to take a step back and ask yourself, "Is holding this off bringing me closer to where I want to be or farther away from it?" "If I hold this off, is it going to take me 2x more the effort to get where I need to be?" Other times we fall off the platform because we fall back into a low vibration, low frequency with others or with ourselves. Give yourself one day to feel it but you HAVE to make sure that the next day you get your ass up and do what you need to do. Staying in this environment is so detrimental for your inner being that before you know it, a week will pass by and you will have regressed all the progress you had made prior to your funk. You may feel like you're not good enough, not ready, like it's not worth putting in the work, like you can't do it, like it feels better to stay in bed or drink that bottle of wine, or eat the pint of ice cream. STOP. Get up, get your shit together and Remember Who the Fuck You Are. You can do this. You can do anything. You are strong. You are intelligent. You are worth it. Putting in the work is worth it. You are a boss ass bitch and you got this. Don't give in to temptation. Don't surround yourself with people who don't want to see you flourish. If you surround yourself with people that do not aide your growth, give yourself some space. If the people around you are not in alignment with what you want to achieve or are steering you away from that, then take a step back and give yourself space from them. It is not going to be easy. It is going to be tough, but a wise person once said, "If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you." Keep your eye on the prize and the next time you catch yourself slipping, adjust, adapt and keep that shit pushing. Remember Who The Fuck You Are.
